Durham Specials for the week of Monday 12-01 to Sunday 12-08

Breakfast Specials (served Monday through Friday this week)

CINNAMON-APPLE AND CREAM CHEESE STUFFED FRENCH TOAST. . . topped with whipped cream and served with two eggs and bacon, ham, or sausage.

ELMO'S CHILAQUILES - Corn tortillas mixed with a homemade sauce with cilantro, peppers, onions and spices, topped with scrambled eggs. Served with black beans and sour cream and garnished with feta cheese, diced tomatoes, and fresh cilantro.

BREAKFAST BURRITO . . . Scrambled eggs, sausage, and sautéed onions wrapped in a flour tortilla and topped with our own red sauce and melted cheese, then garnished with sour cream, scallions, and tomatoes. Served with frijoles and your choice of grits or homefries

Lunch Specials (served Monday through Friday)

PORTOBELLA SANDWICH . . .Sauteed portobella mushrooms topped with Monterey jack cheese, with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and basil mayonnaise on a fresh kaiser roll. Served with a small portion of fries .

PASTA SALAD with GRILLED CHICKEN. . .A large bed of greens mounded with our homemade pasta salad and topped with a sliced grilled chicken breast. Garnished with cucumbers, Kalamata olives, pepperoncini peppers, and sliced cantalope. Served with grilled pita points and a side of salad dressing (if desired).

MEXICAN QUICHE - A delicious blend of sausage, onions, and sliced fresh jalapenos, topped with swiss cheese, and served with our homemade salsa and your choice of small salad (Caesar or house) and a dinner roll.

SALMON CAESAR - Mixed fresh greens, red onions, and croutons tossed with our homemade Caesar dressing and topped with broiled salmon. A lighter offering that's great for lunch or dinner.

Dinner Specials (Monday through Thursday)

CHICKEN STIR FRY . . . Grilled Chicken, Broccoli, Carrots, Purple Cabbage, Mushrooms, and Peanuts in a Spicy Orange-Peanut Sauce served over White Rice. Served with a salad and dinner roll

VEGGIE STIR FRY . . . Same as above, minus the meat.

CHICKEN PARMESAN . . . A tender chicken breast dressed in parmesan cheese, lightly grilled, and served on a bed of pasta and topped with our homemade marinara sauce. Served with bread and your choice of a small house salad or Caesar salad .
